This Agreement is between mzhost.com ("we", "us") and you, the user of our services. By using our services you accept these terms.
We may modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

No spam, illegal content, IP violations, malware, hacking, piracy, or abusive activity.
Attempts to compromise system security may result in civil and criminal liability.
Excessive CPU, bandwidth, or storage use is prohibited. Account sharing is not allowed.
No DDoS, packet flooding, mail bombing, or open proxies. Accounts causing instability may be suspended.
You may not resell or provide free hosting using your account without written permission.
You are responsible for your account security and data backups. mzhost is not liable for data loss.
Software is licensed, not sold. No modification, reverse engineering, or redistribution.
Accounts auto-renew unless cancelled. Retrieve your data before cancellation.
Services are for lawful purposes only. Illegal activity may result in immediate termination.
Prices may change at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Shared accounts may not use more than 25% of system resources for extended periods.
You are responsible for any third-party content on your account.
Free domains remain mzhost property unless transferred for a fee. Paid domains are yours.
30-day refund for eligible hosting. No refunds on domains, SSL, dedicated servers, or add-ons.
Services renew automatically. Non-payment may result in suspension.
One-time commissions, paid after 45 days of active service.
Payments in USD. VAT and taxes may apply based on location.
Services provided "as is". mzhost not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
You indemnify mzhost from claims arising from your use of services.
Cancellations must be submitted before the next billing date.
Keep your contact information valid to receive notices.
You confirm you are legally able to enter this Agreement.
This Agreement is the entire understanding between you and mzhost.
Neither party liable for failure due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.
