To maintain the reliability and security of our infrastructure, mzhost.com enforces this Acceptable Usage Policy. Violation may result in suspension or termination without refund.
No spamming, illegal content, copyright infringement, hacking, phishing, fraud, or malware distribution. Violations result in immediate termination and may be reported to authorities.
Content exploiting minors is strictly prohibited. Accounts will be terminated immediately and reported to law enforcement.
No spoofing, DoS/DDoS attacks, unauthorized network scanning, packet sniffing, or harmful content distribution.
Accounts suspended for non-payment may request data recovery for a service fee. Backups retained up to 30 days, not guaranteed.
CPU may not exceed 1 core for 2+ consecutive minutes. Max 5,000 open files. Max 200 emails/hour (prior approval needed for more). No background daemons. No P2P/BitTorrent. Cron jobs: max every 15 minutes. No public file hosting, streaming, adult content, or web scraping. 90% of hosted content must be publicly accessible via a website.
Similar limits with adjusted thresholds: up to 2 CPU cores, 500 emails/hour per domain, cron every 10 minutes. Same content restrictions apply.
Even with greater flexibility, P2P, web crawlers, public file sharing, and adult content remain prohibited.
